The 1/8″ round over bit with 1/4″ shank for CNC routers does a radius edge rounding on your CNC woodworking projects. The IDC Woodcraft brand rounding bit (a.k.a. round over bit, rounding bit, radius bit) is designed to simplify toolpath setup. It comes to a point, instead of having a flat at the bottom, so you don’t have to mess with complicated offsets.
This completely eliminates the form-tool set up in your software. NO OFFSETTING OF THE BIT IS REQUIRED!! Just set it up to run on a profile line at 0.12″ deep and you end up with a perfect radius that requires minimal smoothing.
