Fabric is sold by the unit where 1 unit is 1/4 yard, 2 units are 1/2 yard, and 4 units are 1 yard.  When buying multiple units, please note whether you want 1 piece of fabric or multiples. Example: if you are buying 2 units, do you want 1 half yard or 2 separate quarters?
